CANCELLATION

Cancellation would be accepted only within 24 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation thereafter will be at the discretion of competent authority at kickoffshopper.

For Cancellation, an email must be sent to kickoffshopperstore@gmail.com with complete details of the purchase and the reason for cancellation.

ALL CUSTOMIZED JERSEYS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

EXCHANGE

YOU CAN EXCHANGE YOUR JERSEY, NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kickoffshopperstore@gmail.com with complete order details.

RETURNS

*THERE ARE NO RETURNS AND REFUND APPLICABLE FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS (Custom name & jersey number).

Returns are only applicable for manufacturing defects or defects during transit only. A query has to be raised within 24 hrs of the receipt of the shipment.
